Just your store credentials (Shopify Admin API key, or equivalent for WooCommerce/Amazon/Walmart) and your preferred messaging channel. We handle everything else — server provisioning, OpenClaw installation, agent configuration, and testing.
Starter deployments go live in 3-5 business days. Growth takes 5-7 days (includes a guided setup call). Scale takes 7-10 days (white-glove onboarding with 3 calls and a workflow audit).
Yes. You can upgrade from Starter to Growth or Scale at any time. We handle the migration — spinning up a private VPS, activating additional agents, and expanding capacity. The setup fee difference applies. Downgrading is possible at the end of any billing cycle.
No. All plans are month-to-month. The setup fee is one-time and non-refundable, but the monthly fee can be cancelled at the end of any billing cycle. You keep your server and everything on it.
Every plan includes ongoing support. Starter gets email support (48h response). Growth gets email + Slack (24h). Scale gets a dedicated Slack channel (4h response). We also handle OpenClaw updates, security patches, and skill upgrades as part of your plan.
