Every plan includes a generous allowance of AI actions — the compute your agents use to process orders, respond to support tickets, sync inventory, generate purchase orders, and more. Starter includes ~2,000 actions/month, Growth includes ~10,000, and Scale includes ~30,000. One AI action equals one agent task, such as processing an order or responding to a customer ticket.

Your agents keep running. We never hard-cut your operations. You will receive a notification when you reach 80% of your included credits. Overage is billed at $10 per 1M tokens (roughly 1,000 actions). Most users never exceed their included allowance — we sized plans with 2x headroom.

Yes. BYOK is available on every plan as an option for power users who want to use their own OpenAI or Anthropic API key. You pay the LLM provider directly at their published rates — no markup from us. Your included credits still apply even with BYOK.

The setup fee covers server provisioning, security hardening (Docker, VPN, OAuth), connecting your Shopify Admin API, configuring agents with Shopify-specific skills, running integration tests, and handing over a working deployment. Starter is $499, Growth is $999, Scale is $1,999. One-time and non-refundable.

Yes. Upgrade from Starter to Growth or Scale at any time. We handle the migration — spinning up a private VPS, activating additional agents, and expanding capacity. The setup fee difference applies. Downgrading is possible at the end of any billing cycle.

Yes. Annual billing saves you 2 months per year. Toggle the billing switch at the top of this page to see annual pricing. Annual plans are billed upfront for the year.

We recommend Hetzner CAX21 (ARM-based, 4 vCPU, 8 GB RAM) at approximately $12/mo for Starter and Growth plans. For Scale, we recommend the Hetzner CAX31 or a dedicated Mac Mini. We provision and configure the server for you as part of setup.

We do not offer a free trial because each deployment is provisioned on your own server with real infrastructure costs. However, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on the monthly subscription (not the setup fee). If the agents are not delivering value within 30 days, we refund your first month.

Yes. Every deployment runs on your own server. Your Shopify data, API keys, agent memory, and configuration files live on your infrastructure. You have full SSH access. OpenClaw is MIT licensed. If you cancel, you keep everything.

Gorgias handles support only and charges $0.50-$1.00 per AI resolution. Mesa handles automation but requires you to build workflows manually.
